¿De qué depende el paso del tiempo? What´s the passing of time about?

¿Por qué a veces nos parece que el tiempo vuela y a veces que discurre lento y pesado como el plomo?. He aquí la respuesta (al menos para mí):

"El tiempo es vida y la vida reside en el corazón".

Why does Time sometimes seem to fly away and sometimes seem as heavy and slow as lead?. Here is the answer (at least for me):

"Time is life and life lies in the heart"
